Welcome to ZentelAI.com, owned and operated by ZentelAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“ZentelAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, trial users, and any users of our platform or services.

1. Overview of Services

ZentelAI provides:

• Custom Digital and AI Development Services – tailored software and AI solutions for business needs.
• AI-Powered Recruitment Assistant – a SaaS tool for creating job descriptions, parsing resumes, scoring candidates, and conducting voice-based interviews.

You may use our services for your internal business operations only, subject to these terms.

2. User Accounts & Access

To use our SaaS products, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly informing us of any unauthorized use or security breach

ZentelAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Free Trial: We may offer limited-time free trials. Trials are subject to fair use and may be revoked at our discretion.
• Paid Plans: Our SaaS Recruitment Assistant is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annually), metered by active job postings and interviews per month. Pricing details are available on the Pricing page.
• Payments: All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
• Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period, but we do not offer partial refunds.

4. Use of the Recruitment Assistant

You agree to:

• Use the Assistant only for lawful hiring activities.
• Not misuse the voice interview feature to record candidates without proper consent (you are responsible for local compliance, including consent under data protection laws).
• Not use the system to discriminate, mislead, or engage in unethical hiring practices.

ZentelAI is not liable for decisions made based on automated scoring or interview analysis — these tools are aids, not replacements for human judgment.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the ZentelAI platform, website, services, code, models, and branding are owned by ZentelAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

You retain rights to:

• Data you input (e.g., job descriptions, resumes, interview scripts)
• Custom-developed software built under a services contract (as per the specific agreement)

You may not:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense our platform
• Use ZentelAI for competitive research

6. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

ZentelAI may process candidate and recruiter data as part of the Recruitment Assistant service. You, as the customer, are the Data Controller, and ZentelAI acts as the Data Processor under applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, India IT Act).

7. Uptime & Support

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for our SaaS services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

We offer support via:

• Email
• Support ticketing system (for Growth and Enterprise plans)
• Priority support (Enterprise)

Custom services projects are governed by a mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these terms
• You misuse the platform or services
• Required by law or regulatory action

In such cases, you forfeit any prepaid fees, and we reserve the right to delete your data after 30 days.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• That our platform will meet every hiring or business need
• That results (e.g., candidate scoring) are error-free or fit for all purposes

To the extent permitted by law, ZentelAI disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZentelAI’s total liability for any claim related to use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notices on the site. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
